The winner of the 2023 LT Valerie Cappelaere Delaney Memorial Scholarship in the amount of $5,000.00 is Tatiana Sabanero from Los Angeles, California. Tatiana earned a Bachelor of Science degree in aviation management, computer science and aeronautics all while being involved in her community. Her ultimate goal in aviation is to be a test pilot. She plans to finish her private pilot’s license before beginning a new job at Naval Air Station China Lake for the F-18 test flight program. Congratulations, Tatiana, and Good Luck in your future endeavors!
